This place is good, and has free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. I fondly remember when the staff helped me print important documents during my first stay. I can't wait to return for Christmas!...

Unbeatable location for San Francisco, really close to eateries, boutiques, pubs, and Union square city centre. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Chinatown. Exceptionally nice breakfast - hardboiled eggs, bread, and hot waffles. ...

The interior and the flair of the hotel is nice. Rooms are ok. Afternoon tea and cookie. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful.
Parking was relatively expensive with 16 USD per day. After one night decided to park outside. Breakfast room was chilly.

The antiques, the "old charm", and the proximity to all that the Bay has to offer.
The bed was absolutely awful; very worn out and made our backs super sore.

Charming Stay in a Historic Setting
Stepping into this Victorian gem was like a journey back in time! The antique decor added character, and breakfast delights such as the refreshing passion guava juice were a pleasant surprise. Pro tip, ask for extra blankets if you're sensitive to chilly nights.
